Terms and Conditions
Since the first artwork provided to customers, orders have to be confirmed and placed within one month. If the process is over a month, customers have to pay up all design charges disregard of any condition.
Designing cost must be strictly followed as the price list shown in Designing page. There will be no exception for discounts.
Artwork Charge is the labor work for preparing the artwork that can be printed on machineries. In another word, it's NOT the fee for client's owning rights. The design still belongs to Ideal Print until client buys it.
We are very careful with our products and services, but slight color difference (10%) is considered as normal in offset printing. If color difference is too serious, we are to reprint your original file as compensation. But then, we do not take responsibility for your error such as typo, poor image quality, or mistakes in your artwork.
If you have doubt with the product you received, please contact us immediately or within 7 days. (We do not accept the claim once 7 days expires and no reprint or refund will take place.) If reprint is to take place, we will use your original file to reprint for you, files can not be substituted or revised.
We print as is the artwork you provide us, if printed result (including color, cropping, etc...) is unsatisfactory, we will not refund or reprint if problems are found on the original artwork.
Clients must transfer or pay up full price before we manufacture your products.
Once orders are placed, they can not be cancelled.
Please be specific with the contents, dimensions, and quantity in your file of your order, we do not take responsibilities for unclear statements during ordering process.
We do NOT do retouch for pictures already inserted in Adobe Illustrator, therefore differences in color of the pictures on printed outcome is not our responsibility.
